A MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor focused on XAUUSD trend-following with a strict single-position model and defined risk controls.
Gold Reaper X Pro v2.10 uses a Fast/Slow EMA trend cross (20/50) together with RSI 50 momentum confirmation on the M1 timeframe. The system is designed to take one open position at a time rather than building grid layers or averaging down.
Each position uses a hard Stop Loss and Take Profit, with automatic risk-based lot sizing or fixed-lot operation. The EA also includes reverse-trend exits, a dynamic trailing stop, optional partial close, post-trade cooldowns, spread protection and a Friday auto-close intended to reduce weekend gap exposure.
The on-chart dashboard displays trend direction, RSI, spread, floating profit or loss, balance, equity, open positions and the current operating mode. START, STOP and CLOSE controls allow the trader to pause new entries or manage an open position manually. News protection can also be used around high-impact events such as CPI, NFP and FOMC releases.
Broker pricing, spreads, execution speed, slippage, leverage and account conditions can materially affect live results. The MQL5 product page recommends checking the broker's spread-point structure and forward-testing on a demo account for 2–4 weeks before committing live capital.
